Project and Site Management of Tetra Pak’s Industrial and Office Complex in an industrial park of Arganda del Rey, Madrid.
The Project consists in the recovery and recycling of a series of buildings to build the new installations of the company Tetra Pak.
Opposite to the demolition of the buildings initially proposed by the property, we opt for a more sustainable solution; rehabilitate and change the use of existing buildings, connecting by means of an elevated walkway the buildings located on the two different plots.
